I am Lyndsay Dickson, a speech and language therapist with 25 years clinical experience working in the NHS and the founder of Clarkston Speech and Language Therapy.
At Clarkston Speech and Language Therapy, we are passionate about supporting families to understand their child’s communication needs and empowering children and young people to communicate with confidence. Your child will receive a holistic assessment of their communication skills and with you and your child at the centre of care, we will together plan a therapy journey.
Our involvement with each family will be different as every child is treated as a unique individual with therapy tailored to their needs. Our input can be directly with a child to maximise their communication skills or aimed at coaching families to support their child’s communication ability. We also specialise in providing Autism Assessments for children and young people aged 3-18 years.

I have a BSc Honours Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Strathclyde University and I am registered with the Health Care and Professions Council.
I am a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice.
